Two to four cakes a week · Toronto & GTA Two to four cakes a week Delivered across Toronto and the GTA

Cake for the room,
made by one pair of hands

Branded and logo work, dessert tables and larger orders for offices and events across Toronto and the GTA — planned ahead, invoiced properly, and delivered and set up by me on the day.

About two weeks Minimum notice for most corporate orders, and longer for anything with a logo or branded detail. December books from September — if you are planning a holiday party, now is when to ask.

What I take on

Branded cakes for a launch or an anniversary. Logo work, hand-piped or cut from sugar paste rather than printed. Dessert tables for a room of a hundred. Larger cupcake orders for a team, matched to a brand palette rather than to whatever the shop had that morning.

What I do not do is volume. CakeHub is one person — I bake to order in my own kitchen and deliver everything myself, which is why corporate work here is planned rather than improvised. If you need two hundred identical boxes by Thursday, I am the wrong studio and I will tell you so.

Why it works for an office

The things that go wrong with corporate catering are nearly always logistical: it arrives late, it arrives at the wrong door, nobody can eat it, or it looks like it came from a supermarket chiller. Those are the parts I control directly.

You get one person who takes the brief, bakes it, drives it, and sets it up — not a dispatcher and a stranger with a van. You get a firm price before you commit, and an invoice your finance team can actually process. And you get an honest answer about dietary requirements rather than a shrug.

Tell me the date

Occasion, numbers, any brand colours or artwork, and when and where it needs to arrive.

A quote within 24 hours

A design idea and a firm price. If a logo will not read well in sugar, you hear that now rather than later.

Invoiced and held

Thirty per cent holds the date. A PO number or supplier form is no problem; the balance is due the week of the event.

Delivered and set up

Baked in the two days before, brought to your office or venue by me, and arranged where it is being served.

I have not photographed the corporate orders properly yet, and I would rather not show you a birthday cake and call it corporate. So the two photographs below are of the rooms and the tables this work is made for, not of the cakes — they are licensed photographs and the captions say so. Ask me and I will send you pictures of recent branded work and dessert tables the same day.

About two weeks for most things, and longer for anything with a logo or branded detail, because that work is drawn and tested before it is piped. The holiday season books earliest — if you are planning something for December, September and October are when to ask. I take a handful of orders a week, so the date is held when the deposit is paid, not when we first speak.

Yes. Colours are matched by hand, and a logo is hand-piped or cut from sugar paste rather than printed on an edible sheet. Send the artwork as early as you can — a vector file or a clean PNG is easiest, and anything with fine detail may need simplifying to survive at cake scale. I will tell you honestly if something will not read well in sugar.

Yes. Corporate orders are invoiced rather than handled informally, and I can work to a PO number or a supplier form if your finance team needs one. Thirty per cent holds the date, with the balance due the week of the event.

Nut-free and eggless are both possible — tell me on the form and I will confirm what I can do for your numbers. My kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility, and for an office order where you may not know everyone's requirements, I would rather say that plainly up front than have you assume otherwise.

I deliver everything myself across Toronto and the GTA, and set it up where it is being served. Delivery is included within Toronto; beyond the city it is quoted with the order based on distance and set-up time. There is no shop and nothing is collected — everything is brought to you on the day.
