What happens to what you send me
Short version: I use your details to quote your cake and nothing else. I do not sell them, share them or add you to a mailing list.
Privacy notice
The enquiry form. What you type — your name, email, the date, the occasion, your budget range, anything you write or attach — is sent to my inbox so that I can answer you. It is held by Netlify, who host this site, and by my email provider. I keep enquiries so that I can look up a past commission; ask and I will delete yours.
WhatsApp and Instagram. If you message me there, the conversation lives in those apps under their own terms, not mine.
No payments here. This site takes no card details and has no checkout. Deposits are arranged directly, after a quote.
Measurement. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which sources bring people who go on to enquire. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google an anonymised record of the pages you viewed. It is there so I know whether the site is working, not to build a profile of you — and most browsers’ tracking protection or a blocker will stop it without breaking anything on the page.
